- Freephone 0800 service available from 8am to 8pm every day of the year including holidays
- Competent IT staff to assist with installation work, handle repairs, configure backups etc.
- Training courses available on all mainstream programs including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, using Adobe Acrobat to create PDF files, basic database skills, email, web design, looking after backups, server admin
- Networking: installation of cabling, design of networks, configuration of active devices, troubleshooting and healthchecks.

In many veterinary practices, these kind of services are provided in-house or bought in from a wide range of different sources. This can lead to uncomfortable gaps. (Who was responsible for making sure that system was backed up!)
