Our multi-user list management facility, which can import mailing lists
and output mailing labels and letters. Labels may include information
additional to the address, such as enclosure quantity, mailshot code,
customer identifier, etc. and UK addresses can be output in Mailsort order
for Royal Mail discounts.
The MMS is designed to allow address entry via the Royal Mail Postal
Address File (PAF). All you need to enter for a UK address is a valid
postcode and house name/number. For addresses with all details other than
the postcode, the system is designed to allow you to use the PAF to look
up its postcode.
It allows intelligent deduplication of names and addresses. The system
correctly deduplicates, print, search and sort on names and addresses
which contain European accents.
Each contact on the system has a customer history, showing which mailings
they have been sent (and when) and in addition any other correspondence/events
you wish to record.
Full reporting facilities are available, including user-defined or custom
reports.
