 Installation, Configuration and Upgrades
For smaller organisations a single Xserve can be utilised for centralised services such as file/printer sharing, email, intranet and application hosting such as database/diary server for both Macs and PCs. For a more comprehensive list of services, see our Mac OS X Server page.
For larger organisations multiple Xserves can be configured to provide a complete network infrastructure with failover fault tolerance functions to ensure accessibility is retained in the event of problems occurring. Open Directory design and configuration, Active Directory integration and Kerberos single sign on are examples of standard configurations.
Used in conjunction with Xserve RAID and Xsan terabytes of data can be hosted via direct links or SAN systems.
Support
Full Xserve management and/or day to day support via telephone, Internet and on-site for server Managers and IT departments.
Training
Advanced Xserve and Mac OS X Server training on all features as required.
Consultancy
Complete system and network analysis available to complement the introduction or reconfiguration of single or multiple Xserves.
